Your treatment is planned in advance with your usual dentist, who provides us with full clinical records, imaging and a treatment plan. On the day, your dentist may attend to perform the work themselves with our anaesthetist and theatre team supporting them, or our in-house clinicians can perform the treatment on referral — whichever pathway suits the case best.
Complex Restorative Dentistry
Some restorative cases simply do not fit into a series of one-hour appointments. Whether it is a full-mouth rehabilitation, multiple complex restorations, or a patient whose anxiety has prevented years of needed treatment, 3AI Care provides a setting in which your dentist can complete substantial restorative work in a single, comfortable visit under general anaesthesia.
Cases that benefit
• Full-mouth rehabilitation requiring multiple crowns, onlays or restorations.
• Patients with extensive caries who need many fillings completed in one visit.
• Patients who have avoided dentistry for years and now face significant treatment needs.
• Patients with severe gag reflex, dental anxiety or sensory issues.
• Combined restorative and surgical cases (for example, extractions plus immediate restorations).
How it works
Outcomes that hold up
A patient who is asleep, fully isolated, and unhurried allows the operator to do their best work. The dentition is dry, the field is clear, and the operator can take the time that complex restorations actually require. The result is restorative dentistry of a standard that is genuinely difficult to achieve in a chair-side setting on an anxious patient.
