Anxious Patient Care
Dental anxiety is real, common, and often dismissed. For some people it is the memory of a frightening childhood appointment. For others it is a strong gag reflex, a needle phobia, sensory sensitivities, a traumatic medical history, or simply the feeling of being unable to escape a chair. Whatever its source, dental fear keeps people away from care that they need — and the longer they stay away, the bigger the problem becomes.
A different approach
3AI Care exists to break this cycle. We offer dental treatment under general anaesthesia for adults and children who, for any reason, cannot tolerate awake care. There is no exposure to the dental chair, no awareness of the procedure, and no lingering memory to feed the next round of fear.
Who we look after
Care that respects how you feel
Anxious patients are taken seriously here. You will not be hurried, talked down to, or made to feel difficult. Our nursing team are practised in helping people through the anticipation of the day, and our anaesthetists routinely see patients who have not been able to set foot in a dental practice for years. We promise to be patient, gentle and quiet — and to keep you well looked after every step of the way.
