Join Our Network

3AI Care partners with dentists and dental clinics across Australia to bring general anaesthetic dental services within reach of more patients. Joining our network is straightforward, free, and designed to fit around how your practice already works — not the other way around.

There are two pathways into the network, and you can choose either or both. We will guide you through each step.

Pathway 1

Operate at our facility yourself

If you are a dentist who would like to perform your own work in a fully accredited day-surgery setting, with a specialist anaesthetist and theatre team supporting you, this pathway is for you.

  • You bring the patient, the treatment plan and your clinical preferences.
  • We provide the facility, the anaesthetist, the nursing and recovery team, sterilisation, instruments where required, and all of the regulatory and quality systems that go with day-surgery accreditation.
  • You retain the clinical and commercial relationship with your patient.
  • Theatre time is booked through our online scheduling system.
Many of our partner dentists use this pathway for paediatric cases, multiple extractions, and complex restorative or implant work that simply cannot be done well in a normal practice setting.
Pathway 2

Refer the case and earn a referral commission

If you would prefer not to operate under general anaesthesia yourself, you can refer the patient to our in-house surgical and anaesthetic team. We complete the surgical or restorative work, and the patient is returned to your practice for all ongoing dental care.

  • We provide the surgeon, the anaesthetist, the theatre team and the facility.
  • You receive a referral commission for each completed case, paid monthly.
  • You receive a full operative report and discharge summary for every patient.
  • Your patient remains your patient — we never compete with referring practices for ongoing general or restorative care.

Marketing and Patient Education Support

Whichever pathway you choose, we provide a complete suite of marketing and patient education materials — free of charge — so that your patients know your practice now offers general anaesthetic dental services.

  • Reception and consult-room posters: “Ask your dentist or dental administration about how you too can use our GA services.”
  • Patient brochures and fact sheets explaining what GA dental care involves.
  • Practice website copy you can drop straight onto your own site, with co-branding if desired.
  • Social media tiles and email templates.
  • Optional listing of your practice on the 3AI Care “find a partner dentist” directory.

How to apply

Submit an expression of interest through the Join Our Network form on this page. It takes about five minutes.

Our practitioner liaison team will contact you within two business days to talk through your goals, your patient base and which pathway suits your practice.

If you wish to operate at the facility, we will begin the credentialing process — see Understanding the 3AI Care Credentialing Process for the full detail.

Once credentialing is complete (or, if you have chosen the referral-only pathway, once your practice agreement is signed), we set you up in the Clinics Portal and ship your marketing pack.

Your first patient can typically be booked within four to six weeks of starting the process.

Frequently asked questions

No. There are no minimum case volumes and no exclusivity requirements. Use the network as much or as little as suits your practice.

No. Joining the network is free. You only pay when you use our facility for your own cases, and the fee structure is transparent and provided up-front.

Referral commissions are paid monthly into your nominated practice account, with a clear statement showing each completed case. The commission rate is set out in your network agreement.

Wherever practical, we honour patient and dentist preferences. Our practitioner liaison team can talk you through how this works.

We treat every referring relationship as a clinical partnership. Patients who come through the network receive the same standard of care as everyone else who walks through our doors — and they are returned to your practice with a full report so that you remain the trusted clinician guiding their dental journey.
